The wet season is during the summer and the temperature usually rangex fom 78 to 86 degrees farenheit. On average there are 10-30 inches of rainfall in a year, but it hardly rains at all during the dry season (winter). Because of the drounght a lot of the lake shrivel up and plants die, causing some of the animals to migrate. During the dry season the savannah is prone to wildfires.
